Paul Levinsohn has been a Licensed Attorney

Paul Levinsohn’s background is in both real estate and private equity transactions. In 2004, Levinsohn helped privatize one of the largest convenience stores and gas station chains in the northeast United States. Paul Levinsohn also acquired the assets in 2008 of a company based in Maine that manufactures nutritional supplements. This company sells products to major retail outlets all over the U.S., including Walmart, Walgreens, Costco, and Sam’s Club.

Levinsohn is currently the Managing Principal of the New York City Regional Center. He has been a licensed attorney for 17 years. He received his J.D. from Duke University’s School of Law where he was member of the law review, the Duke Law Journal.

Paul Levinsohn is also skilled in handling private equity transactions. In 2004, Paul and his partners privatized one of the most significant convenience store/service station chains in the northeast. Paul also purchased the assets of a New England natural supplements maker. The corporation sells its products throughout the nation to major retail outlets like Wal-Mart, Walgreens, CVS along with the Vitamin Shoppe.
